Garden

The garden for my small home is designed to be low maintenance. Ornamental trees, bushes and groundcovers predominate as in Japanese garden design. The lawn, which requires constant maintenance, has been shrunk to a tiny square.

I use a natural weed killer. It's cheap, easy to make and amazingly effective.

At some point the yard will include a swimming pool. When it happens depends on my finances. The pool will also be designed for low maintenance, using as few chemicals for water treatment as possible.
